Carl Young and his wife moved to Pagosa Lakes from Phoenix in 2020. They have been Pagosa Area Water and Sewer District ratepayers since that time.
Carl works remotely as an IT project manager, and his wife Laurah does volunteer work. Carl has a son who lives in Phoenix. They have a cat and two dogs.
